When should I start using Advantix for my dog?
The optimum time to start using Advantix is before tick pressure is expected. If this is not possible, you should be aware that 2 to 3 days may be required for the product to spread across the dog. Regardless of the time between the use of Advantix and first exposure to ticks, it is essential that dog owners in areas of high paralysis tick pressure search their pets daily.
What dogs are safe to treat with Advantix?
Puppies may be treated with Advantix from 7 weeks of age. Pregnant bitches are also fine. 7 weeks or younger puppies require “Advantage for Dogs”.
